  • Information that is required for Matson Insurance Agency to comply with the law.
  • Information requested by an actuarial or research organization for the purpose of conducting actuarial or research studies
  • Information that is necessary to protect against or prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, or other liability

Information provided by affiliates is accessible to common employees; however, none of the information accessed is used for marketing solicitation purposes.
